skin problems

I have had a problem with acne or some type of skin disease since I was 14 (I am 26 now). I have tryed almost every supposed 'cure', but nothing has worked. I get some small 'acne' on my face that show up as small pusstules that form under my skin, but never (usually) come to a head. Some of the larger ones cause pain. I also get 'acne' on my back, most of these erruptions are larger than on my face. There are also many clogged pores on my back, these form small black heads. I also get boils occasionally on my face (mostly on my nose) and on my back. All my symptoms seem toget worse in humid conditions. I think diet affects me in this situation somewhat (I am a nutritional consultant and I have worked out of my diet some of the foods that aggrivate the condition. Once and a while they will seem to get better but not often. I dont sleep well and do not dream much. I have a good state of mind but live instressfull situations and I do have anxieties about certian things. I like savory then salty foods but disslike sweet and hate bitter. I have had ulceric conditions and IBS symptoms and my mother has chrons.
I dont take medications (perscritptions)
I have been advised to take a combination of Calcarea sulphurica & Kali Muriaticum & Mercurium Solulibis. I have tried this and it works a little? I am wondering if combining these is okey? or if there is a different treatment I should be trying. I have other symptoms like I am prone to warts moles and skin markings, I am always thirsty, have contantly cold hands and feet, white tounge, sweaty palms, acidy taste in my mouth and too much mucous and some abdominal pains (mostly associated with ulceric and IBS conditions).
