Osteochondritis dissecans

My son is 13 yo and had surgery 3.5 years ago to stimulate bone marrow for an area on lateral medial condolences of femur which had an old lesion or area of necrosis. Has healed completely. Incidental finding this weak same place in right knee. Looks much smaller and no symptoms so we are watching for 2 months and then will return for another X-ray in January. What can I give him to help heal this? Currently giving vit D, calcium supplements. Cal phos 200c and symphytum mother tincture in wet doses and arnica 1m in liquid dose that we give often for sports as he is an active elite level athlete.

His tongue is normal pink with ulcer on tip and side. Prone to tongue ulcers. He scored Vata: 31, Pitta: 40, Kapha: 29 . We are from the US. He is a very intense, competitive and quick witted, intelligent child. He has dark hair and eyes and is athletic. He overpronates and is a stocky child.
