Give your digestion history also.
Start with triphla (prefer home made) and aloe Vera sap.
Also take avipatikar churna.

I hv had gas and acidity problem for nearly about 6-7 years, but all these symptoms became almost 80% less after the delivery.
I feel hungry very easily. Cannot miss any of my meals. Can't remember when I had missed a meal last.
I also have cold n dust allergy. No other medical problem as such.

Delhi96: please state how and what you feel, a typical day. Also, color, shape, solidity, blood, mucous etc in your stool.Also names of Homeo med taken if you know them.

To help you:
Anus extremely sore.
Stools covered with mucus/ blood.
Urgent desire to empty bowel/bladder but little comes out.
Oozing from anus.
Moist anus, smarting all the time.
Sensation as if splinters or sticks were in the anus.
Stool slips back when partially expelled.
Anus aches and burns for long after stool.
Anus extremely sore.
Stools covered with mucus/ blood.
Urgent desire to empty bowel/bladder but little comes out.
Oozing from anus.
Moist anus, smarting all the time.
Sensation as if splinters or sticks were in the anus.
Stool slips back when partially expelled.
Anus aches and burns for long after stool.
