Need medicine name normal should be taken during pregnancy
Hello,Myself 7 WK pregnant ,suffering from nausea ,constipation.
Pls advise me the medicine for the above plus other medicine which would be good and safe for pregnant

1. Colchicum-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Bio-Compound no-26 3 pallets twice a day
Pl take this for 15 days and then give feedback
