Very little menses! Urgent

I'm single female, 34.I've habit of delayed periods by 2-3 days for few months. My homeopath usually give me Pulsatila and it I get my period immediately and they were right in quantity and lasted 5-6 days.

Last month I took raspberry leaves tea and my periods were on time and very right.

This month (my date is 15th of every month) I just got a spot. The spot was just dirty black color.

I took pulsating 200 twice a day.
SepIA 30.
Gosipium 30.

But it's my second day and no period at all. Just a black spot.

I'm so tensed.

I had a fight in my family just a day before my period.

My sister is very rude and says I'm infertile. This gives me constant tension.

My feet are cold.

I did my ultrasound few months back. It was normal.


Plz tell me something.
