Try a test dose of 30c.4 pills under tongue.or two drops in a couple tablespoons of water. Hold the drop dose in mouth for 30 seconds.
Do not eat or drink for half hour before taking and after taking.
You can wait for 2 days and then report what you notice to see if you should stay with 30c or go try 200c.
♥ simone717 last yearI have heard that in homeopathy different potencies work for different symptoms.is it true? If it is then what you think trying lower potency will have any effect? I just wanted to know that is the doctor recommended me a right dose and remedy.and if jt is not what other remedy is best according to these symptoms?

noornadeem last yearPotency is complicated, there are no hard and fast rules. If the homeopath took your full case and has the right remedy you can go up the scale.
If one is a sensitive person too high
Can cause un needed aggravation.
Dr Luc , a famous homeopathic md and acupuncturist prefers to give a test dose and depending on reaction
Decide what direction potency should go in.
Google drluc.com to see articles about this.
