Help... My mother suffering from fatty liver, IBS & frequent loose motion

My mother aged 75yrs, weighing 45kg, having this problem for more than 5 years, getting treatment from allopathy doctor, but of no use.
She is pure veg, frequently after daily meals both in day & night, she goes for loose motion. As per doctor she is having FATTY LIVER & IBS. She is diabetic under insulin, high BP (under medication), neuro problem (under medication). Now she is complaining frequent back pain on the right side, doctors saying is gastric issue, as she is irregular in daily food, sometimes fasting, on liquid diet, skipping dinner, etc.Am trying to make the daily food in order. Plz suggest medicine to cure for the frequent loose motion (bcz of loose motion she is avoiding outside food for e.g any function or marriage) Also to control diabetic suggest suitable medicine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl give her
1. Calc Carb-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Aloe socotrina-Q 3 drops twice a day in one teaspoon water.

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl give this treatment for 15 days and then come back

BTW, the said medicines to be given before meals or after meals?

Medicines are taken generally when the stomach is empty. i.e. one hour after or before meal.
