Possible Lichen Nitidus

Hi, I went to a dermatologist but she does not tell me what skin condition I have. I was told to do diet (no sugar, wheat) and bathe with virgin coconut oil. According to my internet research, this skin condition is known as Lichen Nitidus. Right now, the disease is spreading all over my fingers. It's not itchy nor painful. It's just visually unpleasant.

Any homeopathic medicine I can get to cure this?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take Thuja 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects over 20 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
