This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start with 30c, one or 2 doses.

You can check my profile for more information. I m a Dr and live in USA.
I haven't taken your kids cases so I am not sure pulsatilla is right remedy or not.. But based on short info it seems puls is a right remedy at this point of time.
You can give puls 30c only one dose to both of them. They should improve in terms of clinginess, amd with physical improvement.
Give liquid dose to both of them. Add 3-4 pills or 2 drops in 3 Teaspoons of water.. Give one dose to both of them..

they immediately had a runny nose from pulsatilla at 4pm and then it dried up by the time they went to bed.Should i give them another dose tomorrow? How many more?

If they are comfortable and not complaining much don't give any dose.

If the symptoms return give them only one more dose.
