"Ailments from" rubrics - study question - can someone clarify?

I am not sure how are these applied properly. What are these ailments supposed to be?

Does this mean psychosomatic illnesses or psychologically caused illnesses? Per example, after a shock, the person gets a stroke. Say that a person has panic attacks after a trauma, but won't almost anyone get ptsd after a very stressful event? Does that fit "ailments from fright" or not?

Or ailments from anxiety. Does this simply mean the person is a poor stress handler, or do they have to get physical illness of some kind when anxious... what is exactly supposed to be these "ailments"?

Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to pour their insight onto the subject.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If a child develops any disease after becoming a victim of child abuse, the rubric ailments from fright may be applied.

If a person becomes anxious after say demotenization and suddenly develops some ailments the rubric ailments from anxiety may be applied.
