HBP - Two remedies left out - Any reason?

I am woundering, there are two remedies the Materia Medica recommends for High Blood Pressure:

1. Lycopus Virginicus - "Lowers the blood plressure, reduces the rate of the heart and increases the length of systole to a great degree"

2. Pituitary Gland - "High Blood Pressure, chronic nephritis, prostatitis, 10 drops after meals (Dr. Geo. Fuller.)"

Neither of these remedies was advised by any Homeopath for HBP.(If advised, I missed that post) If anyone out their who can explain by these remedies are not advised? Are they not that effective?

I will appreciate any comments on this.

Thank you,
Sam

Thank you Dr.Sajjad, and Dr.Deoshlok.

I am a patient of HBP. I tried several remedies recommended by this forum. sajjad advised me, July last years, Cal Fluo, & Arnica.I took them. I took Cal Flou for a long peried of time. Also took Allium Sativam Q. I took Ferrum Phos for over a month, and also plumbum iodide 30. They brough my BP down to 140/90, still high. What I understand that even though these remedies did not stablilized my BP, they gave me some sort of benefit to the Circulatory System.

BP is one of the hard to deal ailments.I will try Aconitum Ferox Q (Indian Aconite) as as per Dr. Deoshlok's advice. I also have in my mind Crataegus Q, Veratrum Viride 30C,(SOS rededy) and several other remedies like Radum Brum, Chelidonium Majus, Sepia, Natrum Muriaticum 200 and so on.

Before I choose any other,I will try Aconitum Ferox Q next. I never heard this remedies before. We will see how this remedy responde to my BP.

Again, Thank you
