hyperaldosteronism

A confirmed diagnosis and Spironolactone works great, but I cannot take it due to a previous injury to my vegus nerve, which controls colon. Anything that vasodilates causes me to have diarrhea. I would like to try arsenicum album but need to find out if it is a vasodilator. I can't seem to find that info.
