Help needed regarding my daughter health

5. Whether mother is overweight.

Age -14
Height 155 cm
Weight 48 kg
Bowel habbit - sits for long time in toilet
Mather - height 156 cm 55 kg wight
IQ - 3 years behind
Can't walk properly stretching / pulling left leg slightly while walking
Complications during delivery, did not cry
No breast milk taken for two week
Breast milk given by spoon
MRI brain (attached)- mild ventricular prominence is noted , hyperintetense signal is seen in the biteral trirital and parietal
Very week in study falling in almost all subjects
Very lazy
