pain in left shoulder
last one month i have mild pain in my left shoulder.pain increases if i keep my hand horizontal and put a load of one kg(say) on it. My bio details are given below.age,sex-69 male
weight - 74 kg
ht and color -5'10'', wheatish
disease history -1) have BP for last 18 years but under control with medicines.
No other medical problem.
Pl suggest medicines.

Have taken Spigelia 30 for last ten days as advised. No perceptible relief observed. The pain seems to have aggravated in the mean time but still only mild.
The nature of the pain remains unaltered. Can't sleep on left shoulder.Increase/decrease in pain not dependent on time or on any external factor. It increases only when the left arm is raised/loaded.
Kindly advise further course of action. Thanks.

after 3 days pl have one dose of Rhus tox 200 daily evening time only for three days .pl report after 10 days of first dose.

Taken medicine as suggested however no improvement observed
in situation. Further increase in pain noticed in the night while sleeping on left shoulder. It appears pain is increasing slowly Day by day specially in the night.
Pl suggest further medication.

Please give more info to dr mohla as to how this began?
Were you lifting something or doing some physical action ? Are you sleeping in bad position for your neck?
Are you having any liver or digestion issues?

PL explain as stated by Res Simone and also note if pain you observe in day time also,your movement in rotation ,up/down sideways.

As far as I imagine it all started when I carried a load of ten kg for about 25 minutes.
I have no other problem except hypertension (last 25 years) and slightly increased uric acid for last one year.
Day time pain is not felt except while rotating the left arm in a circle or while raising the arm with a load.
In the night sleeping in the left position causes pain.No pain if I sleep on right side.

causticum 30 one dose daily evening time for 5 days report after 10 days.pl drink more water .

Although I am taking Causticum 30 I feel the pain in left shoulder remains unaltered. The symptoms related to pain remain the same. One symptom that pain increases in the night during sleep has become more prominent. Other things are same. Any suggestion? Thanks.

No relief sir, pain is same as before. The increase in pain during sleep is the only change in situation.

As advised I am reporting after seven days. Pain in left shoulder persists as before. The pain increases in the night and decreases during day time after physical activities and exercise. Also the area of the pain has meanwhile extended towards the left arm. There is nothing else to report.

Bryonia 30 c twice daily for 7 days.Mag Phos 6x 4 tabs with hot water evening time or at bed time daily for 15 days.

Reporting after 15days as advised. I am rather sorry to say 'no changes '. Pain in left shoulder remains unaltered. It is now more than a month since start of homeopathic and I am now getting frustrated. None of the medicine had any effect.
I want to thank dr Akshaymohi and his team for the time ,effort and energy they spent on my case. Now that I am migrating to other system of medication I will ever remain grateful to them. Thanks.
