Infection in Penis
Under my penis's foreskin there are few red scratches- looks like the top portion is torned little bit. No pain but
have water like secretion occassionally. It causes bad smell.
Foreskin is also very tight. The red scratches looks shiny.
Also on the penile ring ( where glan meets the shaft) there are
white beads like things, sometimes break if rubbed. No pain
or itching at all. Have burning sensation and itching on groin area
( between penis and thighs - mostly on left side) and scrotum.
Allopathic doctors told me its normal. But it's not true - there must
be something they could not detect. Any remedy in homeopathy?

the condition you are explaining could be balanitis which can be cured easily with Homoeopathic medicines. Before going for the same any other infections should be ruled out through some investigations.

the infection is 1 inches far from penis ,mostly in the hair ,in the larger area of the skin whith the hair but not in the penis ,i woud like to now what s the infection causing by????

Agree almost certainly balanitis. WHY do people always want an explanation or name .
The cause in this case is the inability of the immune system to shrug off an attack- as it has evolved to do over millions of years . Some previous cause is activating the problem -- vaccination, antibiotics , stress ,etc .

i am 45 years old i have skin disorder on my penis. recently i am not able control my urine and my pants get wet, the symptoms is that when i want to urine and before i reach to toilet i wet my self. due to this i find skin cuts on the folded portion of the penis and it burns a lot my fore portion of my penis is sallow. It burns when I urine . Could you help me in this regards.
