Painless red spot

Recently I found a painless red spot on my penis head(I never had any physical relationships with any female, masturbates thrice in a week) my other symptoms are:
1.boils all over my body including armpit.
2.Diagonosed With allergic rhinitis Triggers Are Coffee, peanuts And Seafoods
3.had Higher Level Of TSH(normal From Last 3years)
4.painfull Urination Sometimes
5.smoker And Ocassionally Drinker
6.white And Patch Tounge

Please Suggest.

Please take Merc Sol 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
