Trouble swallowing food

I have to drink a bit of water for food to get to my stomach. Seems to be stuck in the esophagus, And after I start belching and feel nausea.
I lost a lot of weight since this problem started after tremendous depression and anxiety from my husband's death.
I also can't eat raw vegetables or citrus fruit, spices or oily foods. I am either in a state of diarrhea or constipation,

Get yourself checked by a gastroenterologist. He will do an endoscopy, to rule out some likely serious problem.

Loosing weight with inability to swallow is a condition to be investigated thoroughly immediately. Don't loose time.
