prostate enlargement and erectile disfunction
I am 58 years male, have enlarged prostate, urination is not free and facing erctile disfunction and early ejaculation.recently I took Sabal Serrulata -Q 20 drops in half glass water daily at bed time along with Selinium, but no result.
kindly suggest good homeopathy medicine.

If there is no relief use Staphysagria 200 and Nux Vomica 200 one by one in the same way.
