4 year old growing pains
What can I give my 4 year old for growing pains--She cries at bedtime that her legs or ankles hurt
It happens every 2 weeks for a night
She is active
I also give magnesium CALM powder as a tea, but not really effective and we massage her legs as well

five phos 6x 2 tabs three times daily for 15 days then two times for next 15 days and then one time till you finish the bottle, repeat only after a gap of 15 days the same way .

5phos is one tab that contains all 5 of the 6x cell salts of phosphorus.
Ferrum phos 6x, cal phos6x, mag phos6x, nat phos6x, kali phos 6x.
It is cheaper to have them all in one tab rather than order the 5 salts individually.
