Help regarding tongue

Hi I am 24 year old male I am having white coating on my tongue.
My mouth isn't closed while sleeping.
I smoke a lot of cigratees.I tried gelcimium and now I am using Silicia.I got relief from gelcimium and my thirst had gone
Before taking gelcimium I use to be unsatisfied even after drinking a lot of water but still I have problem of speaking.
Silcia helped me regarding my concentration problem.Doctor asked me about my past problem like I suffered from depression because of my parents who forced me to take science I was depressed after that I had jaundice in 11th class and then malaria when I was doing bsc which I didn't wanted to do but I had to do because my parents forced me to do.I masturbate alot as well

Symptoms are as follows.

(1)Numbness of tongue
(2)Tongue not soft its hard
(3)White coating
(4)fullness in throat I feel something is sticking in my thoroat.
(5)Desire of justice.
(6)Speech difficulity I stameer sometimes
(7)Feel good after wearing loose clothes.

Please take Lachesis 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. If this doesn't help take Staphysagria 200 in the same way.
