7 years old, frequent thirst,..

This is for my grandson who is 7 years old.
Restless , intelligent gets good grades but has trouble focusing , good memory but inattentive to teachers instructions so difficulty carrying out class work , very energetic , trouble sleeping , dry skin but no eczema , frequent thirst , excessive urination , constipation sits in bathroom 15 min and goes immediately following meal , or semi solid stools sometimes not well formed ., passionate , caring , but can be pushy , persistent and annoying , outspoken makes friends but hard to keep friends. His teacher said he gets controlling and pushy and doesn't cooperate so his friends get "scared" of him so they keep their distance...
