Dr.kadwa please help
I am male 25 years. my nipples are puffy everytime, it comes to its normal position (normal men nipples) when their is to cold or when i take bath, but within few seconds it becomes puffy.another problem is i cannot grow full beard, i have facial hairs only on my chin. this two problem embraces me. i had also had my testosterone level checked recently in the morning, my testosterone level is 403 ng.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Conium 1M twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a month.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

In healthy men, normal testosterone levels generally range between 300 ng/dL and 1050 ng/dL. Unfortunately, levels decline with aging and may fall below the normal range.

Sure sir. Thanks for providing me the link regarding testosterone level. as you said that in healthy male testosterone level should be 300 to 1050 ng. but according to age wise desired level shown from the link you provided for age 25-29 desired level should be around 665 ng. where in my case its 403 ng at age of 25. i was engaged in masturbation since last 7-8 years daily. i think my puffy nipple and inability to grow beard is due to masturbation, however i had stopped masturbation totally from 2 months. i think this information will help you to understand my problem and also solve any misunderstanding (if any) pertaining in my mind regarding masturbation or testosterone level.

Please take 4 tsp ashwagandharishta with 8 tsp water twice a day for one month. This is available at Swami Ramdev's Patanjali Pharmacy. You should do breathing exercises regularly.
Please also take the homeopathic remedy suggested earlier.

sir as you prescribed me conium 1M. i took this medicine and completed the dosage before 5 days. i can't find any improvement until now. my nipples remains puffy

yes sir i know it will take some time and i will hold patience during the treatement.
i had stated ashwagandharistha from today. presently i am taking ashwagandha, shatavari and Tribulus terrestris powder 1 tsp every day from 3 months. should i discontinue that and start ashwagandharishta?

Please take Conium 10M three doses at a gap of an hour and see how that affects over a month. Conium 10M should be taken only for one day and not daily. Ashwagandharishta to continue.
