Erectile disfunction and pemature ejaculation and semen leakage
Dear Sir,Im from india leavimg in middle east in saudi,
I have a serious problem. Im married recently.
My pennis weakens after erection. erection deosnot lasts long.
If i Foreplay for more than 15 min my erection is lost.
Semen is also not thick.
As soon as i go for sexual intercourse i ejaculate.
Sometimes i could not even give atleast two strokes.
My front portion of pennis has bcome very sensitive.
I also feel some lquid released as soon as after erection.
I have acidity problem aslo.
Some times after erection or after ejaculation i feel pain, after that when i urinate there is pain and about and slight burning sesation. After urination after 5 or 10 min again i feel to urinate but when i urinate i feel pain and burning sensation but very less urine comes out. This gets repeated some times and i feel the pain. This happens to me when my pennis is erect for more time or i think of sex like that.
I used to masturbate excessive before but stopped now.
How to get cured.
I have visited the forum and seen some medicines prescribed to some other guys. What are these medicines where we can get this
Can they be delivered to saudi.
Please help me out of this problem.
Can this be cured permanently.

Please take Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
Use Lycopodium 200 and Staphysagria 200 one by one in the same way if Nux don't help.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
