Retinal vein occlusion of right eye

Retinal vein occlusion of right eye approximately 7 years ago in 60 year old female. Loss of vision in lower inner quadrant of right eye. Pulsatilla given by a homeopath with continuing improvement of vision to almost 90 percent recovery. Eye pressure within normal limits. Yearly follow ups revealed continuing improvement until now where follow up went about a year and a half from last visit. Now soft exudates on retina where occlusion occurred and evidence of small capillaries trying to form. Optometrist believes some leaking may still be occurring. An OCT exam is scheduled next week to see how deep the exudates are in the retina/macula. Also waviness in vision has occurred in the area of retinal vein occlusion and is a recent symptom. Optometrist is suggesting there may be a need for medicine to dissolve the exudates. Or they may just need to be watch as the capillary activity as well. Patient started homeopathy about 29 years ago with first constitutional being Arsenicum and responded well to it. About 5 years later Nat Mur was given as a constitutional with increasing powers. Pulsatilla was the last constitutional given for the occlusion. Patient’s father had both glaucoma and macular degeneration with conventional treatment resulting in legal blindness by the end of his life.
Present symptoms are right neck pain and stiffness. Sense of tight or swelling fingers/hands upon arising in the morning. Last two years continuing digestion issues with difficulty digesting fats. Blood tests of over a year ago showed somewhat elevated liver enzymes. Some sensitivity when laying on right side over liver area. Sleep is sound. Aversion to hot weather. Still prefers cool rooms at night for sleeping. Prefers sweets particularly chocolate. Cheeses. Pizza but usually avoids dairy and wheat and sugar. State of mind is fearful. Thoughts of death. Lack of confidence. Never measuring up. Distrustful of doctors.
Past eye problems include a long standing bout of blepharitis which may have been aggravated by undiagnosed candida which was later treated. Also both eyes had vitreous detachments at different times prior to occlusion. Patient suffered from seasonal allergies from her teens to approximately 10 years ago when they just stopped.
Where to go from here?
