counter side effects of Streptomycin injection

Hello experts,
My father is 74 years of age he has brain stroke for which we gave treatment and he is only on Blood thinner and Cholestrol control medication.
Recently he is diagnosed with Tuberculosis Stage 2 he already had is 20 years back but was recovered.
In this TB stage 2 we are giving standard course of antibiotics whicch include Injection of streptomycin 3 time a week.
Now we canot stop that treatment as we needs to complete the course as you know the side effects of Streptomycine are Balance issues, Ear ringing, weakness, due to his age and less immunity and very weak physical, 44 KGs weight, i want to give him some homeopathy in potencies 6CH or under to counter the side Effects.
I know generic Homeopathy to counter the side effect is Nux Vom, and Thuja for Vaccines.
As he is very weak i am looking for suggesion to give him a combination of 6C potency for that.
So Far i have come accross
combination as below:

APIs mellifica on the stage of exudation, swelling and collapse of the lung tissue;

China officinalis - recovery of immune disorders, disorders and prevention of toxic reactions liver, stomach and intestines;

Chelidonium majus - draining action of toxins, restore liver function;

stannum - for the restoration of the inhibition, prevention of toxic effects on the nervous system;

Sanguinaria canadensis - prevention of bleeding from the lung, the restoration of the vascular wall tissue of the lung;

potassium bichromicum - gain regeneration of lung tissue, the immune status and respiratory tract;

carbó vegetabilis - recovery of inhibition, the condition of the heart and vascular system, improvement of redox processes.

Want to have suggestion about above commbination in 6c dose is twice a day.

This has been used by doctors for patients who were taking pulmonary TB allopathic treatment and poriven to help side effect and enhance the antibiotic functions.

I want to have opinions of if any one had came accross such combinations.

Not looking for TB treatment in homeopathy because that has lot of question marks, But want to reduce the side effects of antibiotics specially Streptomycine injection, which can relate to ear ringing, tinnitus, weakness and out of balanace issues.
