No clitoral sensation
Please help - I have little or no sensation in clitoris and it feels like it has shrunk and disappearing. Maybe through over masturbation over the years. Although I have desire for sex I can't get aroused anymore, am also very dry all the time and vagina feels sore when penetrated. Sex not enjoyable and doesn't feel nice anymore, orgasm very weak and quick. Used to get intense full body orgasms. Feeling very frustrated as don't have a sex life anymore.
