Urgent fever shivering nausea

Yesterday my sister had fever 38,50 with shivering cold inthe back, teeth aching (first left, today all teeth), extreme body, muscle aching, head burning, ear and throat aching. I gave her acconitum 200 with no relief, then belladonna 200 which decrrased the fever. The most prevailing symptom was nausea after food, hic cops and tendency to faint, no thirst at all, dry mouth
Today she has 37,20 teeth aching, vomiting better but not left. Body aches better, no shivering. Please advise, thank you so much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please continue with Belladonna 200 for another 2 days. Use Pulsatilla 200 thereafter on need.

I finally didnt give her a second Belladonna as the fever left and nausea and shivering all gone.
Now her only complain is itchy, dry throat with dry cough, especially at night she feels her throat is itchy by breathing, the cough is dry and doesnt relieve, it aggravates.
The nose is free and the voice ok. The cough produces sound.
Please advise, thank you

Pulsatilla 200 should help. Arum Triph should be the next remedy in line.
