Suffering from IBS from Last 10 years

Dear Dr
since last 10 years I am suffering from IBS symptoms. The symptoms are listed below.
 Irregular and in complete bowel movement (Mainly constipation some time diarrhoea )
 Excess burping, Bloated, Abdominal pain
 Urinary Incontinence (frequent urination)
 Strange sensation and discomfort in abdominal area and lower back area
 Dry skin
 Acidity and heartburn
 Itching in many area of body (mainly rectal and genital)
 Palpitations and chest pain
 Tension Headaches. Heaviness on head
 Irritable and disturbed sleep

Since, last two years the symptoms are getting worst and following new symptoms are appeared.
 Loss of appetite/thirst
 Pulling sensation in stomach, throat, mouth (under teeth) and many other areas – Strange sensation and very discomfort
 Feeling like lump in throat
 Stomach tight, Heaviness and fullness
 Tiredness and fatigue
 Tingling or numbness in hands and/or feet, burning sensation
 Frequent viral infection
 Joint inflammation
 Loss of balance
Till date following investigations have been done;
In 2008 (before 8 years)-
CBC Normal
ECG Normal
Thyroid Normal
B12 197
Sonography Normal
TME Normal
Lungs scan Normal
TTG Normal
Urine test Normal
ECOH Normal
MRI of brain Normal

In 2016 Following investigations have been done;
CBC Normal
ECG Normal
Sonography (2 times) Normal
TTG (two times) Normal
Urine test Normal
Stool test (3 times) Normal
Endoscopy Mild superficial ulcer and H-pylori was positive
CT Scan Normal
B12 104
Vitamn D3 5
Thyroid Normal

Two weeks antibiotics course was prescribed by doctor for H-pylori.
The symptoms are getting worst and worst day by day. I completely lost appetite and not able to drink and eat.

Currently, I am under homeopathy treatment from last 2.5 months. Doctor has prescribed Sulphur but not worked. Then lycopodium different strengths tried but no result.

Could you please advise me on treatment?
