Arnica wet dose
Wet dose means adding 3-4 drops of arnica to the water.does it mean should i add everytime 3-4 drops to the water like morning 3-4 drops to water taking one table spoon and in the evening adding 3-4 drops to water and taking one table spoon.pls clarify my doubt joe sir,one more thing can i use boiled water where chlorine is evaporated instead of spring water.david teja on 2017-02-01

His version of wet dose is put the drops in the water bottle ONCE.
Then hit the bottle against hand a number of times( see his site) and then take a tsp out of that bottle.
And yes you can use boiled water if needed.
