Ask for Antivirus

I have acne problem since last 4 years. Acne is very severe on my back, shoulders as well as on my face. My skin is very oily.Pimples are sometimes rigid sometimes redish small pimples and sometimes they are filled with pus Same condition is on my back. Sometime i feel itching also on my back and chest.
Plz suggest some remedy me.

1. Sulphur-30 6 pills twice a day for 15 days and then come back

Pill are not available here. In liquid form sulphr-30 is available. .
Can i take in liquid form?

Should i use kali mur with sulphur? .

One remedy at a time and if liquid use 2 drops in a couple tablespoons of water as a dose.
