This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Hepar Sulph 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

Scientists have found dogs have about 12 "bands" of different type allergens from licking their own fur.
The saliva dries and goes airborne.

This is not taking into account petting cats and dogs and then getting stuffy nose, swollen eyes from touching your face and waking up with irritated sinus etc.

I have cats, no dog right now and I am allergic. I use a really good air cleaner, and vacuum, and use blanket throws for them that I wash every other day. And I wash my hands right away after petting them.

If you have a small space and they are inside a lot and have windows shut due to weather? I could not handle it.. but this routine works for me- air cleaner ,hand washing, blanket washing , outside time and airflow.
