Spinal cord problem

MRI report of spinal cord of my wife is
C7- D1 and D1- D2 : posterior osteophytes and thickened posterior longitudinal ligament effacing the anterior subarachnoid space and indenting the spinal cord at D1-D2 level
Is there be any chance of ramedy by homeopathy treatment? Please give advise

Please give her SYMPHYTUM 200, four pills, on alternate days

Also give CALC PHOS 3x (bio chemic medicine), four tablets, twice daily.
