buzzing (bee ) sound in my left ear

i feel some buzzing (bee ) sound in my left ear. more than month is going to be.
its a continues sound.
it was happened in last week of December, i thing it happened to cold because when i was sleeping outside cold wing is there and my window was opened.

please help

kindly give some medicines ..i tuth homeopathic. and it is a good forum and i beleive good doctors also here.

Go see a ent specialist , he check if there is wax in ears and clear it.

actually, i went to ent specialist (Dr). he said -ear is clear.
