I want to increase my height.
Gender-MaleAge-20 year
Height-5'10"
Weight-63 Kg approx
Body Type-Fit, Athletic
I know I have an average height but I still want to increase my height a little bit because everybody in my family is about 6 feet, My father itself is about 6 feet.I'm always indulge in some kind of physical activities also, as I'm sort of fitness freak. Ya, I think my diet is inappropriate because I live very far from my home for studying purpose.
I think this much information is enough.
So kindly suggest me some good remedies for intake.

Can you please elaborate me more about the dosage and timing for intaking these remedies which you have mentioned above ?
Also make me clear about the potency of the remedy! Is 6x and 6C is the same ?
And is phos 6x and calcarea phosphoric 6x is also same remedy or different ?
