cyst under teeth, teeth getting dark

my wife was having one upper front teeth darker and recently it gone more dark. she also got little swelling above its gum which got pus released recently with blood. we consulted a dentist and he did x-ray, he told us that in her childhood she might had injury on her same teeth which has now become a cyst underneath and the teeth is dead now. he suggested surgery with cyst removal. is there any treatment in Homeopathy for same so i can avoid surgery

The tooth is going to get frail and just
Break off one of these days or crumble. You do not want that- have it removed and cyst out at same time is the right thing.

As suggested by Simone & your dentist get the tooth extracted and the cyst removed before any damage occur to any other area around it.
Also follow the antibiotic protocol suggested by dentist.
