low hdl level
Few days ago, i got my results of test Lipid Profile which is as underTotal Lipid= 501 mg/dl
Triglycerides = 137 mg/dl
HDL Cholestrol Level= 27 mg/dl
LDL Cholestrol = 91 mg/dl
Total cholestrol Level= 119 mg/dl
This test was prescribed by a doctor keeping in view my Blood pressure.
My Blood Pressure always remain in between 120/90 or 130/90.Some times it touches 145/100.
I am talking less salts diets now a days.I have maintained a walk of 45 mins daily.Eating Fish a lot.I am not taking Red meat due to gall stone issue.Also i am taking Cholestrinium 200 and Nat phos 6x for gall stone.Please precribe me about that issue as doctor told me that low HDL level convert into heart disease.
