endometrioma cyst

Dear Dr.
I am a female age 24. I have been married for 3 years. We were not planning for a baby for one and half years but we started trying to conceive after that. So for 6months we tried and it didnt work. so we met a gynae and she took some scans and tests. My husband is 32 years and when we first did his semen analysis, he had good count but motility was very low at 15%.
She said it was ok and put me on Clomid along with glucophage 1000. My prolactin levels were very high. but it was all brought back to normal. I didnt like to eat allopathy. however I had to take these medicines and all failed. Although I ovulated I never got pregnant. Then I met two other doctors and still nothing worked. I went to India and met a homeopath and he prescribed me some medicines( which he did not disclose).
MY MAIN PROBLEMS AS OF WHEN I WWENT TO MEET HIM WERE:
* I have had dust allergy since I was a child.
*I used to sneeze around 10times as I wake up
* my periods were never 28 days . it would either be 32-35days.
*My feet would be cold as I near periods
*intense pain in my pelvic area when I have periods and 2 days before the periods.
*Unable to get up from bed when I wake up
* Unable to become pregnant

He prescribed me medicines and had told me he practised the traditional homeopathy.

I took his medicines and didnt find much of difference. he later changed his medicines and send me. He told me to have it. That month I had it and had two days of brown discharge (not much) and then very scanty periods for another 3 days. I went to a gynae and found out I had chocolate cysts(endometrioma). She said I would have to do laproscopy for further study.
I called up my homeopath and he changed the medicines.
the next month I had periods with so much pain that I was unable to move out of bed for 4 days and also had constipation. He later changed his medicine this month and gave me one medicine that I was supposed to take for two days in a week.

This periods I had 7days of brown discharge. more like spotting and no need of a pad. BROWN or black (tar like). then today is the 8th day when I get my dark blood periods.

Do you think Im in the right treatment. Can such things happen?
