Social anxity feel nervous and shy in frount of peoples.
Dear homeopathsPlease suggest me something.
I feel too nervous and shy in frount of peoples. Even i am unable talk eat or either talk on phone in front of someone.i usuly run from family meetings marriges and cut myself from outer world. The thought of meeting with one person also makes me scared.i am gud in studies. But becoz of dis nature i am unable to do anything. I have a lot of goals in my life pl help me out.
I only feel gud in front of my father mother and husband. Rest i feel uncomfortable. Even i dont hv any freind even i hv gud nature.
I am very lazy and fat too.
I had gone to a dr. She is not telling full name of medicine. But its called as xanthe 30. I doont know its fullfom. But it was for good mood i was deeling good after taking it. I have tried lycopodium. Pullsatita . Kaliphos. Ignitia. But non of dem had worked.i was running from lectures and presentations also in my college life. Dats y my fiture is ruined totaly. Pl help me out.
Can i take selicea 30.
Also pl tell me remidy with perticular best brand in india.

You say that you felt better with this medicine. Actually for such nervous symptoms the med required is generally in higher potency.
Therefore, I suggest you to take XANTHOXYLUM 200c one dose of 4 pills weekly once for total three doses and let us know the improvement.
I also suggest you to start doing some breathing exercises ( pranayama) daily twice morning & and evening.

Sir wt is its full name is it XANTHOXYLUM FEXINIUM actully i purchased this from homeopathy store of sbl brand found after doing a lot hard work. But it does not have same impact as of the doctor medicine.
I didnt feel relax calm and happy as i felt wen i had it from doctor. So is it quality problem. She also gave me booster medicine to enhance xanthe effect.
Ryt now not feeling entusiastic even after taking it from doctor.
