Enlarged adenoid and tonsil
My 7 year young son is having enlarged adenoid and tonsil. Doctor advised for surgery. He is having frequent cold. During cold his problem became worst. When he doesn't have cold then also his nose seems blocked however he is able to breath through hia nose but mostly is mouth breather. His mouth is opened during sleep with mild snoring. Normally he doesn't have any pain in his throat and he is able to take food without any pain. He is having frequent cold problem. I just don't want any surgery on him so I am looking for homeopathic medicines. Right now I am giving his Baryta carb 6c and agraphis Nutans 3c thrice a day since one week. I don't know hia improvement but his condition didn't because bad either. I just want to know how am I going? Is there any thing I can do more? Are these medicines okay and should I continue with these? I am open for your kind advices which can save my kida from knife. Thank you.Shiv1 on 2017-03-05

First you tell about his constitution. Described me when he feel pain in throat, is there any relation with deglution, means pein during eating solid thing or in liquid.

Dr. Nishant, He is quite active and outdoor loving kid. Even when he has pain. Currently he doesn't have any pain in throat but when he has cold then pain stated. Still he has enlarged adenoid and tonsil. I can feel and see his tonsil. He doesn't have any issue in eating and drinking but same is not possible during cold. His voice always sound like blocked nose voice. I heard that in few cases after surgery person can lost or feel change in voice.

Dr. Nishant, currently he doesn't have cold. But still he has enlarged tonsil and adenoid. However he doesn't have any pain in his throat but occasionally he complaint throat pain especially early morning or night but it is occasionally. He opened his mouth during sleep but once if I close his mouth he can still sleep but not for long with mild snoring. He is managing his breath through mouth and nose alternately. His situation became worst when he has cold. So I am praying to not have cold attack. Thank you.
