Gas Bloating and slight heaviness in stomach in the eveining-night

Hello,
Three days ago I threw up at about 2am at night.I visited a Homeopath and he gave me arsenic alb 30 every 4 hrs for 3 days.At that time I was also having weekness and thirst was high. Also at that time I was suffering from gas-bleaching was also accompanied with vomiting. My doctor told me that it was both acidity with some gas. Now these symptoms are gone.I feel good now as the weakness is gone and no vomiting since then.
But the only issue now is at around 6-7 pm in evening I feel that I have got a stomach with gas. Also bloating is there with slight heaviness in stomach. This is regardless what I eat in the evening.I initially thought it occurs because I eat in the evening a lot.But today I hardly ate anything yet this issue is there.
Right now thirst is normal.Stools as normal.

I am reaching out for help as I cant reach out to my doctor as he is out of town for 2 weeks.

other History:
I am a 22 year old male.I have no other medical conditions.I am hardly sick. This issue of gas has occured 1st time in my life.Other than that I am a happy go lucky kind of person with no tensions etc. Also I have no addictions like drinking smoking etc.

Can anyone help me out here..

Thanks in anticipation
