Broken bone and torn ligaments

I broke my ankle in 3 places on 2/14/17 (trimalleolar). I was placed in a splint for 3 weeks and am now in a removable boot, cleared for small exercises.

I want to make sure that my bones are healing properly and would like to speed up the healing for my ligaments.
My ankle is still swollen and bruised, but I can move my foot around minimally.
A friend has given me arnica, symphytum and calc phos for the bones and Ruta and manganese (plus wheat germ oil, glucosamine and vit C) for the ligaments.
My issue is, I'm very new to homeopathic remedies and want to make sure I'm taking the proper things, as I know I shouldn't take more than one of these at a time.

Can anyone give me some recommendations on what to start with, how long to try it, etc?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your friend has suggested all good meds pl continue all meds for 15 days then no meds for one week restart the same way till you recover completely.pl note always give a gap of 7 days after 15days of use.

All meds at the same time? I thought you were to only take 1 type of medication at a time with these?

Acute prescribing is different than prescribing for a chronic condition.
And emergency prescribing for accident is different also.

Chronic problems require matching,
Physical, mental, emotional, never well since..better by, worse by etc.
