Westerners -new way to stop milk intolerance
Just read, that European cows have a A1 and A2 protein in milk.People who have lactose intolerance
Or trouble digesting milk - if they drink milk with only A2 they do not experience any issues. Lactose is not the problem.
A test was done with a group of all "lactose" affected group.The group who drank milk with no A1 had no symptoms they usually had.
I read that USA stores carry the A2 only milk- I have not noticed it but

There is a homeopathic remedy named Lac Defloratum which is very successful in treating milk intolerance. But Must be given in CM dose. Lower doses don't work well
