Chronic Hives

I had a case of hives almost 9 years ago, was diagnosed with chronic hives due to dust, dust mites, etc. Condition had been controlled with 5 mg zyrtec twice a week. 10 days ago, I had a bad case of hives breakout on my breasts, then continued breakout on lower abdomen, waist, and now on upperarm. Severe itching and burning. Took Apis mell 30c for a day and hives subsided a little. Took Hyland's hives 3 tabs (apis mell 3x, urt urn 3x, nat mur 6x, album arsenicum 6x) and hives started itching and burning more with slight attack on heels. Stopped taking hyland's hives. Still taking apis mell 30c 4 pills 3 times a day. Overall redness has decresed but still itches and burns. Please help.

Hello Healer4,
Mood is generally pleasant, with comprehensive approach. However, I had a minor foot surgery 3 weeks ago and a lot of stress in personal life over the past few months which led to mood being high activity or excitement prone.
Thank you.

The medical term for hives is Urticaria. Eczema is a term commonly used for a condition called atopic dermatitis though most often it is used for the chronic stage.

Hives and Eczema both arise as a result of a heightened immune reaction of the body but there is a vast difference between the two.

Hives present as pale red, raised eruptions over the skin characterized by severe itching etc

In clinical practice it is seen that this kind of disease is due to some kind of really powerful emotional shock etc.

I can prescribe but will took some time to
1- start the case
2- start showing result after remedy etc.

Best Wishes

Hello Rainbow1,

The hives have subsided after taking Apis Mellifica 30C and Nat Phos 6X in conjunction, however the itching remains. Please do suggest your prescription and I will give it a try. I understand homeopathy takes some time to correct the overall bodily systems. Thank you.
