Which remedy to start for my issues?

I have monthly dysmenorrhea that manifests as severe headache...more on the left side (intolerable feeling on chest when wearing bra...ao i tried Lachesis 200 before and it was gone...yhe 2nd month i repeated Lachesis but seems not effective as the last...so i tried sepia...

I have eczema...tried sulphur, petroleum, antimonium crudum and gave me relief.

I have cravings for sweets till i almost or have sore throat (arg nitricum?) I feel relaxed when i talk in the class with this arg nit, but trembling when i use gelsemium...

Of the issues above, which should I start? Or is it possible to take 1 remedy each week for all the issues?
