Help with Sepia Dose

Hello,
I took one dose of Sepia 30x yesterday and after 20 minutes felt nauseous (I ate something and felt better) and felt like I had a lump in my throat that was not there before. Both symptoms went away in a few hours. I woke up today with irritation in my throat and what feels like the beginning of a cold (maybe related or not). Although, since a few hours after taking sepia, my heart feels more open than it has in years!

I was prescribed this dose because I have had chronic adrenal & thyroid issues since my 20s that seemed to be brought on by feeling pressure to be more masculine to be taken seriously in my career (with other correlating sepia symptoms, like serious fatigue, exercise ameliorates, antisocial but likes company, indifferent to family/friends, disinterest in sex or work...).

Is 30x the right daily dose for me? Or are these signs of a healing crisis (proving?)?

Thank you so much for your help!
