Enlarge prostate

I have been diagnosed with enlarge prostate. Had a green lasser operation because I had a retention of 500 ml. After two years I am in the same situation. I have to use catheter 2 times a day. Have no problem passing urine if the volume of the retention is higher than 500 ml. If is less only stops will come out. Wondering if someone has similar problem and if there is a homeopathic treatment I can use.
