Weird miscarriage

Hi everyone!I'm in deep stress and feeling so negative that I'm unable to trust even my doctors. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks, my 1st Doctor told everything was fine. On 17th March, when I visited her, she told me I couldn't see any heartbeat. So she went for another ultrasound through uterus and told me this baby should be aborted. I was so upset, so she asked me to have another ultrasound USG FWB (fetus well-being), same day in evening I went to some laboratory for recommended scan, and that showed a report that
Yolk sac is present.
Fetus echoes are noted,
25mm measurement,
According to cycle its 9 weeks and 2 days while the baby's measurement shows 6 weeks and 2 days.
Dr.at the laboratory told me that its too early to say for an abortion so wait for a week and come for another scan. Same night I had pain in my uterus and back and I started to bleed. Next day was friday, there was no bleeding but spotting only with normal periods pain.
I've visited another hospital on Saturday, where suddenly I started to feel fainted. On checking my bp it was (140/90) while my normal bp is always 100/70, so she referred me to emergency and asked for some urine, blood and other tests. N to keep a check on bp whole day. Tests were all ok. Bp had fluctuations.
11 am 140/90
1 pm 120/80
5:30 pm 120/80
8:30 pm 100/60 (at the moment I was feeling so weak and helpless)
This whole day I was still spotting whole day, pad was all clear but when I go for pee, then it starts a bit. Saturday night at2:30, I again started with bad headache and getting fainted.n I had vomiting, afterwards I started feeling better buttt. My husband took me agian to the hospital where my bp was 110/70, but she asked me for an injection and drip which I wasn't willing to have and I came back home after seeing a normal bp finally. Next day was Sunday, whole day shocking pain in back and uterus area.there was no red blood but It was watery blood that was pinkish. Today is Monday n I was feeling so hungry and weak in the morning. I ate one Apple n one banana as always. After an hour I started vomiting, too much stomach pain n after clearing my stomach, too much bloating.
My 1st Dr. Has asked me to go for DNC as she thinks it will take too much to do it naturally.
Other hospital doctor has asked me to wait for a natural way.
I consulted with another doctor too, she said its totally my own choice to wait. Or to go for DNC but if the bleeding is not proper or too much thn dnc woud be necessary.
Basically I don't wanna go for a dnc, I want to have it naturally. Please suggest me on my condition and specially advise me what to opt? I'm so scared of DNC.
