Tear: Posterior Horn Medial Meniscus Right Knee

It occurred on 8th of December with sharp pain initially but as I didn't had an idea so I continued with my usual activities like jogging and yoga. The pain persisted. It was in late January that I went for an MRI and found torn meniscus with mild effusion. Since then I'm on rest with only mild activities like moderate walking, physiotherapy is going fine with frequent icing and compression. But pain is more or less persistent which is very problematic as I prefer to study walking. It is affecting my studies a lot.
There is no redness or swelling. There is a sensation of pulling in behind of knee and piercing pain just behind knee cap. Slight blocking occurs with cracking sound often. Doctor suggested an arthroscopic surgery which I don't look to.
I am 24 year Male with average build. 62kg and 175cms. Not interested in sports, somewhat sedentary life style.
Lethargy and usually weak stomach. Gas and flatulence. Burning sensation behind eyes. And headaches in focussing. Procrastination excessive. Very distracted mind. Inability to focus. This injury made it worse. Need people around. Very much dependant socially. Emotionally weak. Gets rage easily and quickly. Catches cold very easily and ears and neck very sensitive to that. Cold lasts weeks sometimes and expectorants don't work. Usually feverish. Temperature always above normal especially in palms. Sexual thoughts and activities quite frequent, like daily. Abnormally large diet. Feels out of senses just after waking up. No dreams usually. Habit of walking large distances before injury. Sleeps much late at night due to studies. No recent smoking and drinking, and a vegetarian diet.
Started taking Argentum Met. 6 and Ruta 6 three days back and got some relief in pain. Is this medicine okay or any additions to it are needed? Please respond as my medical examination is due next month.
Ask for any further details if required. Thanks in advance if you read all through this and bearing with me. Peace. :)

Thanks for taking my case.:)
In percentage I would say 40. It was quite well, like 80 percent, but pain came back today. :(
Basically I can't remember exactly, but it was due to wrong way of exercising, maybe squats as far as I know. And it was all of a sudden. No previous problems at all in the knee.
I would also like to know the way of taking these medicines. Like, what dilution is good, etc. Thanks.
