Please help me
I am a 24 year old guy and I have been suffering from chronic anxiety, brain fog,irritable bowel syndrome,stomach and neck tremors,tightness in throat and stomach, heart palpitations.I try my max to avoid social gatherings.. When given a task, my brain shuts down... My body becomes numb.. Heart, throat and stomach tremors becomes so high that I literally start shaking.. It is so hard to control my emotions in public.. Please help..

ANS: It all started in 2012. I smoked marijuana and literally was dead for sometime.. I faced a near death experience. After that incident, about three months later, I developed stomach problem.. Diarrhea.. For no reason.. I consulted a couple of doctors and finally got it stopped taking tablets PAN-D Cap. However, by 2013 I faced my first panic attack.. Severe heart palpitations, stiffness in neck.
Currently, I face, stomach and neck tremors. Brain fog. Shortness of breath. Gastric problem. Acidity. Heart palpitations, Panic attacks only when I am given a task to do.. Example: presentation at office.. My voice drops, tightness in throat, I become pale and numb and I get a fell of escaping the situation.

ANS: coffee, sugar
b)When Its Better,for each complaint (eg: nothing.. When I'm at home, I feel realaxed

This was in 2012. I was not addicted.. Overall, I have smoked weed for atleast 15 times till date.. But I faced the near death experience when i smoked weed multiple times on the same day.
I quit weed the same date when I had this terrible experience.. Ever since I have not smoked

take sulphur 200 3pills or 1drop in 1/2 glass water..and sip slowly
