I imagine it's like the feeling of a muscle pulling in one direction. maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I've experienced and as I would describe it.

There is a book
Pain..types,significance and homeopathic management
By Dr.M.T.Santwani
B.Jain publishers
It describes 78 types of pain in a tabular form giving the English meaning, the ways a patient explains it, its Hindi equivalent and also the remedies for that particular pain.
Drawing :
Meaning: Pulling out.
Patient's expression : something being pulled up or out.
Hindi : Kashark
Medicines: Carb-v, Caul, Chel, Colocynth, Graph, nit-ac, valer
Very interesting and the only book dealing with this subject as far as I know.
